Gaudet Inspections has conducted more than 3,000 inspections utilizing thermal imaging with every inspection. NH licensed Home Inspector # 188, based in Manchester certified with American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), InterNACHI and ITC Level II Thermography. Our goal is to provide homebuyers, and home sellers with a comprehensive analysis of residential homes, condos, mobile homes and commercial buildings. We provide excellence within the profession while gathering information to provide the customer with an unbiased and complete evaluation of the property. All my inspection reports are delivered same day.

Areas reviewed include structure, roof, exterior, grading, interior, plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling including Geothermal. All home inspection reports are typed with both color and thermal imaging photos included. Then emailed to the customer within 24 hours, most cases same day! Today's market is filled with short-sale homes and foreclosures. Buyers should seriously consider the home's present condition and what type of care, abuse or neglect the property received from previous owners. We specialize in these types of homes and never rush an inspection, especially when working with first time buyers. All inspection reports delivered same day are typed and include both high quality color and thermal imaging photos of every deficiency found and documented. This type of inspection removes any guesswork as to what was seen at the time of your inspection.

All inspections include a free FHA, VA approved Wood Destroying Insect Infestation report.
