This is a building across from the home I was inspecting. While I was taking pictures of the house I heard water running. The building across the street has a air handler for the ac unit on the 3rd floor. When the condensate pump turns on it sends water outside onto the roof which then falls onto the side walk below.
This building is a few blocks from Manchester center on a very busy street with a lot of foot traffic. One can only imagine that with so many people engrossed with texting, someone is going to get the surprise of their life when they walk under this waterfall.
If this is on a high efficiency furnace which I suspect it is, it will condensate during the winter creating ice on the side walk.
Think the heating technician will be back to correct this?
