About Us

My Qualifications

New Hampshire Licensed Home Inspector, certified by both InterNACHI and ASHI.  Gaudet Inspections meets or exceeds New Hampshire “Standards of Practice” and national standards set by professional home inspection organization American Society for Home Inspection (ASHI) and InterNACHI.

Fully insured with liability, Errors & Omissions and conform to all state, EPA, VA, HUD and FHA standards.

Construction experience in roofing, framing, plumbing, electrical, heavy equipment operator, class A driver w/ HAZMAT endorsement.

*Only perform 1 or 2 inspections a day.  Why? They take time, often low cost inspectors and amateurs try for 3 a day and often get sued.  Do the research check the BBB and you'll find them.

* New inspectors can not get certified with ASHI.  ASHI requires 250 inspections before they will consider looking at your application.  If you do not have an ASHI inspector you have an amateur who will most likely miss something.

*I walk all roofs my 20' ladder will reach providing it's possible safely.

* Any crawl space I can fit into I enter, providing it's safe to do so.

*All attics are entered and walked, most inspectors just look in...I do not.

*Very few inspectors know how to inspect a deck and verify it is built to current standards.

* January 2014 attended and passed ITC Level II Thermography a 32 hour class in thermal imaging.

Read my testimonials, hundreds, all current, over 2500 inspection performed since starting this business in March 2010.

* HAZMAT endorsement 5 year FBI/TSA background check

* Reviews on Angie's List

* Service Magic Seal of Approval

Want to be able to sleep nights knowing your inspection was done right?
