What’s Inspected During A Home Inspection

Gaudet Inspections will perform a visual home inspection and prepare a written
report of the apparent condition of the readily accessible existing installed
systems and components of the Property.  Latent and concealed defects and
deficiencies that could only be found through invasive or destructive means
are excluded from the inspection. This inspection pertains only to visual
conditions as existing at time of inspection.
Specific systems covered under this inspection are:
General exterior, including roof, gutter, chimney, wall coverings,
grading, drainage and vegetation against structure
General interior including ceilings, walls, windows, insulation, and attic ventilation
Structural condition and basement / crawlspace
Plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, foundation and structure, insulation
and ventilation, fireplaces and solid fuel burning
Kitchen appliances, disposal, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, venting
Not included clothes washers and dryers
*** Know your rights New Hampshire State Law on "Standards of Practice" ***
